April Bullion, SPHR, has over 16 years of experience in human resources. April is currently the SVP of Human Resources at Avenu Insights & Analytics, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's business objectives. Prior to this, April held various roles at GS5, LLC, ManTech, and Wireless Matrix, where they focused on maximizing productivity, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with personnel policies and procedures. April has expertise in orientation and onboarding, regulatory compliance, risk management, staff coaching, and employee relations. April is known for their team-oriented approach and open-door policy, fostering an engaged and educated team to drive results.

April Bullion, SPHR has a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University. April also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
