Joseph Gao

Joseph Gao has worked for seven companies since 2015. Joseph started as a Full Stack Engineer for Penn Labs in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant for the University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, they were an Engineering Fellow for Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and a Software Engineering Intern for both Slack and Citadel Securities. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer for Slack. Joseph is currently a Software Engineer for Avenue.

Joseph Gao obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania between 2014 and 2018.
