Helen Shanley

Helen Shanley is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Avenue Capital Group since May 2022, Shanley previously held finance management roles at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise and AWAS. Beginning their career as a Financial Accountant at Genesis Lease, Shanley has accumulated extensive experience in the aviation and finance sectors. Academically, Shanley holds a B.Sc in Business with French from Technological University Dublin, an ACCA qualification, and completed specialized studies in Aviation Leasing & Finance at the Law Society of Ireland. Additionally, Shanley has pursued language studies at Alliance Française de Paris and participated in an ERASMUS program at Sorbonne Université.
