Crystal Rubin

Crystal Rubin is a seasoned professional in client relations and project management, currently serving as the Client Relations/Project Manager at Avenue Consultants since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager and Senior Associate at Michael Baker International from September 2021 to March 2023, and Business Development at Sundt Construction from January 2020 to August 2021. Crystal has also held the position of Senior Project Manager at GCI from January 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing public involvement for the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway project. Crystal's earlier experience includes a role in Public Involvement for the Engineering & Construction department at the City of Mesa from January 2011 to January 2012. Crystal Rubin earned a B.A. in Communications from Arizona State University between 2000 and 2002.
