Javin W. is a skilled planner with extensive experience in urban design and planning across various municipalities. Currently serving as a Planner at Avenue Consultants since September 2023, Javin previously worked at Provo City from April 2018 to June 2023, holding roles including Planner III, Urban Designer, Parking Coordinator, and Planning Technician.
