Rachel Litteral

Rachel Litteral is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Avenue Consultants since March 2022 and as a Marketing Specialist for Kowa since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing Amazon and email marketing for a health-focused beverage brand. Prior to these roles, Rachel was employed at Lakanto as an Email Marketing Manager and Account Services and Customer Service Manager from November 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, Rachel worked at Cotiviti from May 2014 to November 2019 as a Life/Legal ROC Team Lead and Records Retrieval Specialist, focusing on retrieving medical records for insurance audits and adjustments. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and has educational experience from Snow College and American Fork High School.
