Nick Buffum

Nick Buffum has a diverse work experience in the investment and engineering fields. Nick currently holds the position of Vice President - Investments at Avenue Living, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Director - Multifamily Investments and Associate - Multifamily Investments at the same company. Nick joined Avenue Living as an Analyst - Multifamily Investments in 2019 and worked until 2020.

Before joining Avenue Living, Nick worked as an Engineering Contractor at Contact Power Ltd. from 2017 to 2019. Nick also gained experience as an Electrical Field Engineer at Phasor Engineering Inc. from 2014 to 2017 and at Advanced Electrical Services Ltd. from 2013 to 2014.

Nick Buffum completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate at the Haskayne School of Business from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians.
