Amanda Kweens is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Avenue Living Communities since June 2022, Amanda has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior roles include Vice President of People & Culture at the same company, Director of People & Culture at Avenue Living Asset Management, and various HR advisor positions at JCL Industrial Constructors and BFI Constructors.
