Geraldine Peters-Wiles, MS, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Geraldine serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc. Previously, Geraldine held the position of VP of Human Resources at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals and has a strong background in total rewards and operations from Akebia Therapeutics. With expertise in global HR operations, compensation, and benefits demonstrated at Monotype, and a history of impactful HR management at Metabolix, Polygon, and other organizations, Geraldine has consistently focused on enhancing employee experience and organizational development.
