Ellen McIntosh

Ellen McIntosh has a strong and extensive work experience. Starting in 1998 at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Financial Analyst, they then moved to Intermedia Communications (WorldCom) as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2000. After that, they joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2001 as an Internal Control Analyst and later became a Senior Accountant. In 2005, they transitioned to DeBartolo Holdings as a Project Controller, where they were responsible for various accounting functions. In 2011, they became an Accounting Manager at Healthcare Trust of America. Ellen then held the role of Vice President of Property Accounting at Alliance Residential Company from 2012 to 2020. Following that, they worked as the Director of Property Accounting at Greystar from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Client Accounting at Avenue5 Residential, with a recent promotion to Senior Vice President.

Ellen McIntosh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa from 1994 to 1996. Ellen then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida from 1998 to 2000.
