Steve Davis

Stephen Davis has a long and successful career in property management, with experience serving as Principal at avenue5 residential, Inc. and COO at Avenue5 Residential. In addition to this, Stephen has held roles such as Principal at Investors Capital Group and Division President-West at Riverstone Residential Group. Stephen is also a Partner at HSC Real Estate, Inc. Stephen holds Bachelor’s degrees in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
