Judy Thomas is currently a secretary at Avenues. Prior to that, they worked at Housing Works from January 2007 to May 2014 in various roles including administrative assistant, office manager, and program assistant. During their time at Housing Works, Judy was responsible for creating, composing, and modifying documents; reconciling expense reports; and maintaining and tracking account payable invoices using Microsoft Office 2007. Judy also provided reception coverage when needed and supervised three front desk receptionists. Judy has excellent customer service skills, which they utilized when dealing with vendors, account payable and collection agencies, and colleagues.
Judy Thomas has a business degree from Mercy College and an A.A. from SUNY Westchester Community College. Judy has worked in finance and HR management, and is currently working in the social sciences.
