Ken started their career in 1983 as an Infantryman and Public Affairs Representative in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. After leaving the military, they worked at Scott-Levin as a Syndicated Market Research and Competitive Intelligence Service Lead. In 2000, they joined Pfizer as a Manager, US Market Insights, Oncology/Hematology. Ken then moved on to IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions as a Senior Consultant in Oncology Insights and Analytics. Ken later joined GSK as a Manager, Global and US Commercial Analysis, Forecasting - Oncology. In 2014, they started their own consulting company called KKirsch Oncology / Rare Disease Consulting. Ken then worked at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in US Market Insights for Sleep/Rare Disease. Ken continued their career at AstraZeneca as the Insights and Analytics Lead for the Diabetes Franchise. Currently, Ken holds the position of Director, Market Insights at AVEO Oncology.
