Theresa Britt-Eckstein

Theresa Britt-Eckstein, M.A. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Theresa began their career at Bristol Myers Squibb in 1990 and held multiple positions of increasing responsibilities in Technical Operations, Sales Operations, and Commercial Operations. In 2012, they joined Otsuka America, Inc. as the Executive Director of Marketing and Sales Operations. Theresa then transitioned to Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) as the Senior Director of Sales Operations from 2012 to 2015, and later became the Senior Director of Marketing Operations from 2015 to 2019.

Theresa Britt-Eckstein, M.A. has pursued their education in a variety of fields throughout their career. Starting in 1986, they attended Arizona State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Exercise Physiology. After a considerable gap, Theresa resumed their educational journey and between 2020 and 2023, they studied at Regent University. There, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership, showcasing their dedication to developing their knowledge and skills in leadership within organizations. Additionally, in the year 2021 to 2022, Theresa completed an Executive Education Certification program in Business Administration and Management, General at Columbia Business School, further augmenting their expertise in the field.
