Katie Studer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie started their career as an Account/Public Relations Intern at Paulsen Marketing in 2006, where they assisted in event planning and proposal creation. Katie then worked as a Phone Banker 3 at Wells Fargo Financial, where they were responsible for cross-selling and meeting sales goals.

Studer then joined The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society in 2007, initially as a Marketing and Senior Housing Assistant, supporting marketing studies and maintaining brand standards. Katie later became the Manager of a home care agency, successfully increasing revenue and developing strong relationships with clients. Katie also served as a Senior Housing Operations Consultant, providing guidance and improving service quality in 120 senior living communities. During their time at the society, they also held the role of Sales Strategist, leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide sales strategies.

In 2019, Studer joined Avera Health Plans as the Director of Customer Experience, responsible for setting the strategic vision and championing a best-in-class customer experience across the enterprise. Katie directed the collection and analysis of customer feedback and designed specific practices focused on customer experience.

Katie Studer attended South Dakota State University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs/Business/Journalism. Prior to that, they completed their education at Washington High School, although specific dates and details are not provided.
