Laurie Brattensborg

Laurie Brattensborg is currently the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Avera Health Plans, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enrollment, Billing, and Reconciliation, Director of the Claims Center of Excellence, Senior Manager of Claims Operations, and Manager of Payment Integrity at Medica from July 2019 to August 2025.
