Cait Hoffman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and staffing. Currently serving as HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Averhealth since May 2020, Cait collaborates with various departments to address HR concerns, develops reporting, analyzes metrics, and fosters strong partnerships with organizational leadership. Previous experience includes managing client relationships as Staffing Manager at Robert Half, where Cait provided labor consulting based on market research, and as Account Manager at DIVERSANT, LLC, where new business was cultivated through relationships with prospects. Additional roles include HR Intern at Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group, assisting with onboarding and compliance, and Office Coordinator at Phase One CG, maintaining employee records. Cait holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
