Kevin Hunter is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager at Averhealth since August 2023, Kevin previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at an undisclosed company since May 2020. Prior to that, Kevin was a Contact Center Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology from June 2012 to August 2018, and began a career in customer service as a Courier for Fed Ex Express from November 2003 to August 2008. Kevin holds a degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, where studies were completed between 1986 and 1990.
