Bryan Lafontaine

Bryan LaFontaine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Their most recent position was as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Averill Hospitality, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from 2018 to 2021, and at The Joule from 2016 to 2018. Bryan held the position of General Manager at Uchi Restaurants from 2014 to 2016 and at Market Restaurant + Bar from 2011 to 2013. Bryan also worked as an Assistant General Manager at MGM Grand from 2009 to 2011, a Sommelier at Carmel Valley Ranch from 2008 to 2009, and as a General Manager at Bouchee Restaurant from 2006 to 2008. Bryan started their career in 2004 as the General Manager at Arterra Restaurant within Marriott International and as a Sommelier at Mama's Fish House from 2002 to 2004.

Bryan LaFontaine obtained a Paramedic License in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Emergency Training Services between 2007 and 2008.
