Lacey Harrington

Lacey Harrington has a strong background in human resources and management. Lacey is currently working as the Regional Human Resource Director at Averill Hospitality since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resource Director at DoubleTree by Hilton since November 2008. Lacey also has experience as an Office Manager and HR Generalist at Big Sky Motors from October 2006 to October 2008, and as a Flex Enrollment Supervisor at Allegiance Benefit Plan Management from 2003 to 2006.

Lacey Harrington obtained a BA degree in Business Communications from The University of Montana-Western from 1997 to 2001. Lacey also has additional certifications, including HR Excellence Program - Americas from Cornell University, SHRM - CP (Certified Professional) from SHRM, and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI, obtained in 2015 and 2010 respectively.
