Randy Burton is currently the Director of Recruiting for LATAM at Averro, where Randy serves as a bridge between the US team and LATAM market to deliver great talent for clients. Randy also holds the title of Director of Talent Solutions and Director of Delivery, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing the entire delivery function. With previous experience in recruiting and staffing roles at companies such as Mactus Group and Matrix Resources, Randy has a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership.
