Iuri Sadoev

Iuri Sadoev serves as the Business Applications & Process Optimization Director at Aversi Pharma since August 2022, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and quality through process optimization. Previously, Sadoev held roles including Head of the Technology Advisory Team and PMO at Aversi Pharma, and has been active as an Invited Expert at ICMPD since December 2023. Sadoev also served as Deputy Chairman of Georgia's Innovation & Technology Agency and held several positions at UGT, including International Sales Director and Innovation and Investment Committee Member. Other notable experience includes roles at Microsoft, where Sadoev was Senior Business Development Manager and Small, Medium & Corporate Leader, as well as Chief Information Officer at Georgian American Alloys, Inc. Iuri Sadoev holds a Master’s Degree in Management of Business Informatics from Hochschule Minden and a Bachelor in Law from The Small Academy in Georgia, among various other certifications and courses.
