Joan Prangnell

Joan Prangnell has a diverse background in project management and leadership roles. Joan began their career at Xdrive Technologies as the Director of Projects, where they oversaw software development projects and managed a team. Joan then moved on to Sourcemine, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling and planning various projects.

Prangnell then joined Avery Dennison, where they held multiple positions over the span of 13 years. Joan started as a Senior Business Information Analyst and subsequently became the Manager of Marketing and Sales Solutions, where they directed IT projects and served as a trusted partner to business stakeholders. Joan was later promoted to Enterprise Project Manager, leading cross-functional projects and implementing Agile methods for accelerated timelines and improved quality. Finally, Prangnell became the Director of Enterprise Project Management, overseeing operations and driving process improvements for the Innovation product portfolio.

Most recently, Prangnell worked at Avery Products Corporation as the Director of Marketing Operations. In this role, they supervised shared service groups and actively managed programs and projects within the Innovation portfolio. Joan also played a key role in driving project prioritization in a resource-constrained environment.

Joan Prangnell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1994 to 1998. Joan also holds a certification in Certified ScrumMaster obtained from Scrum Alliance in November 2014.
