Max Li (Chong)

Max (Chong) Li is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and education. Since December 2016, Max has held various adjunct professor positions at Columbia University, currently serving as Adjunct Professor. As the Founder of OORTECH since April 2021, Max demonstrates leadership and innovation in the industry. In addition, Max presides as the President of the Science & Technology Economic Committee for the China-US Chamber of Commerce, starting in July 2022, and is a Venture Partner at Aves Lair since June 2020. Max is also a Co-Founder of Nakamoto & Turing Labs, which focuses on investment, education, and consulting in blockchain and AI technologies. Previously, Max worked at Qualcomm from September 2012 to May 2018, where contributions included research and development in communications systems such as LTE, 5G, WiFi, and Vehicular Networks.
