Andrew Klein

Andy Klein’s background combines a unique blend of diverse contracting, acquisition and business management expertise within defense, civilian and commercial, state and local, contracting and management of contract organizations. He has built a career as a trusted and valued performer in contracts and business management, operations and new business development for both small and large results-oriented, high organic growth corporations and partnerships. He is knowledgeable in a range of business lines which includes management consulting, information technology, system integration, software products, full life-cycle support and specialized and sustaining services. He has built, lead, and managed contracts departments for large, mid-tier and startup federal contractor organizations.

Andy launched his career with the federal government working for the Department of Defense in support of the acquisition of large high-profile defense weapon systems. Subsequently, he moved into similar roles within the federal government contracting industry progressing into leadership positions while still maintaining a very hands-on approach.

Andy is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and received his Bachelors and Master of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University and a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management also from The George Washington University.
