Alexander McKneely

Alexander McKneely currently serves as a Senior Leader and Head of Associate Experience & HR Communications at Avēsis, LLC, alongside roles as an Ambassador and Councilmember for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. In addition, McKneely fulfills the responsibilities of Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, and operates as a Notary Public for the State of Georgia. With experience as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line, McKneely demonstrates a commitment to empathy and support in crisis situations. Previously at Walmart, McKneely held various roles, including Central Operations Support and Community Health Worker, leveraging social engagement for community betterment. Currently pursuing a DBA in Business Administration and People Management at the University of Arizona, McKneely's diverse background showcases a dedication to people, leadership, and community service.
