Emmanuel Ayala

Emmanuel Ayala has a strong background in technology sales and solutions engineering. Emmanuel currently works at Avetta as a Team Lead and previously held the position of Solutions Engineer. Prior to Avetta, Emmanuel worked at ConvergeOne as a National Account Manager, where they focused on driving sales and presenting technology solutions to clients. Emmanuel also gained experience at Dimension Data as a Client Manager, expanding the brand and driving IT projects for clients. Earlier in their career, Emmanuel worked at IBM as a Sales Engineer, specializing in the IBM Watson Customer Engagement portfolio. Emmanuel began their career at Ericsson as a Wireless Technology Intern, providing support and analysis for network infrastructure projects.

Emmanuel Ayala holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Systems Engineering, which was obtained from Southern Methodist University in 2013.
