Erin Watkinson

Erin Watkinson currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the University of Oregon Alumni Association and holds the position of Vice President of Client Success at Avetta, where responsibilities also include overseeing Strategic Solutions & Training. Previously, Erin has held leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Success at Spectrum, where oversight included Sales Enablement and Operational functions, and Vice President of Client Success at Adpearance, focusing on onboarding, product support, and client management. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at NAVEX Global, and Senior Director of Professional Services at Viewpoint Construction Software, managing teams and driving significant revenue. Erin's extensive background also features roles at NAVEX Global in various capacities, as well as earlier positions at CorVel Corporation and TEKsystems. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
