Kristin Kelly has a diverse work experience in sales enablement and training. Kristin began their career as a Trainer & Consultant at ABC Technologies, Inc. in 1989, where they delivered training courses and provided consulting services to clients. From 1993 to 1994, they worked as a Sales Executive at Sapling Corporation and then moved on to Intersolv as a Sales Executive from 1994 to 1996. In 2005, they started working as a Contract Trainer, providing training services to various companies until 2017.

In 2013, they joined Multnomah County Health Department as a Health Educator, coordinating the state-mandated immunization reporting and delivering webinars on the process. Kristin then worked at Viewpoint Construction Software as a Contract Instructional Designer in 2016, designing virtual workshops and training materials.
