Falguni Shah

Falguni Shah is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Director at AVEVA since May 2017, Falguni has held multiple HR leadership positions, including Head of Human Resources and Head of HR and Admin for India. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Professional HR at DXC Technology, where Falguni led Global Infrastructure, Insurance, BPS, and Healthcare as HRBP Lead. Falguni's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Arora Evention, a wedding planning and event management company. Early career achievements include significant HR positions at Hitachi Consulting, Intelligroup Asia Pvt Ltd., CSC, SoftPro Systems Ltd., and the Confederation of Indian Industry. Falguni holds advanced education in leadership and coaching from the Indian School of Business and Symbiosis Coaching, along with an MBA in International Business from Badruka College in Hyderabad.
