Audrey Helle

Audrey Helle has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Audrey is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Manufacture Roger Dubuis since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Louis Vuitton as the HRD Central Europe & La Fabrique du Temps from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Louis Vuitton, Audrey held various roles at L'Oréal, including International Talent Acquisition Director for L'Oréal Multi Division from 2019 to 2020, International Talent Acquisition Director for L'Oréal Luxe from 2016 to 2020, and HR Director from 2012 to 2016. Audrey also worked at Swatch Group as an HR Director from 2006 to 2012, Nike as an HR Retail Manager from 2002 to 2006, and Brioche Pasquier as an HR Assistant from 2000 to 2002.

Audrey HELLE obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH in 1999-2000. Audrey also attended the Activision Coaching Institute in 2019-2020 and received a Certification in Professional Coaching. In addition, Audrey studied at HZ University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 1999 and at IDRAC Business school from 1995 to 1999, but the specific degrees or fields of study from these institutions are unknown. Furthermore, they obtained a Predictive Index Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index in February 2022.
