Ileana Honigblum

Ileana Honigblum is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and market leadership across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Market Leader for DACH & Eastern Europe at AVEVA since November 2024, Ileana previously held multiple leadership roles at Pegasystems, including Vice President Sales & Managing Director for DACH & Nordics. Prior to Pegasystems, Ileana was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at knowis AG, where strategic development in sales and marketing enhanced brand awareness and customer acquisition. Ileana's long tenure at IBM spanned nearly two decades, culminating in a position as Director of CSP Sales, where leadership of a large multidisciplinary organization facilitated significant growth in cloud services. Ileana holds a Licenciada en Marketing degree from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
