Prashanth Reddy Bijjam

Prashanth Reddy Bijjam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at AVEVA since November 2015, Prashanth leads the Customer Success Enablement team, focusing on delivering exceptional client support. Previous roles include Team Lead for Training and Product Support at AVEVA, Assistant Manager for Projects at VectorShades, Team Leader in Design Engineering at Harsco Global Service Centre, and various positions at VectorShades, Ramtech Corporation, and Moldtek Technologies. Prashanth holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2007.
