Kurt Keren

Kurt Keren is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience in securities, corporate governance, and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Corporate Lawyer at Avgol Nonwovens since November 2018, Kurt previously operated as a Law Consultant in a self-employed capacity from September 2016 to October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Lawyer and Corporate Secretary at Discount Investment Corp Ltd from September 2005 to August 2016, where responsibilities included preparing public offerings, managing board resolutions, and negotiating complex agreements. Kurt also held the position of Foreign Associate at White & Case LLP, participating in public offerings and debt restructuring, and served as Deputy General Counsel at Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., focusing on business development and legal oversight of major investments and agreements. Kurt earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1992.
