Edward Pinzon

Edward Pinzon possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the agricultural sector, currently serving as Jefe de Asuntos Regulatorios at Avgust Crop Protection since May 2018. Prior to this role, Edward held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs at HANSEANDINA, focusing on regulatory processes across Latin America. Edward's earlier experience includes coordinating regulatory affairs at Clavijo Benitez Limitada, where responsibilities included environmental risk assessments and pesticide registration in Colombia, and serving as a Technical Sales Representative at Minagro Industria Química. Edward holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Buenos Aires, and an Agronomist Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, complemented by a certification in crop protection management from SENA.
