Joseph McGrath

Joseph McGrath has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1986 when they joined the United States Air Force as a C-130 Navigator and Flight School Instructor. Joseph was promoted to Flight Commander and Assistant to Wing Operations Officer, and later to Wing Executive Officer and 1st Lieutenant. In 1993, they joined Thomas & Betts as a Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and new product placement with annual sales volume of over $100 million. In 2002, they began working for WattStopper/Legrand as Regional Sales Manager, where they drove stock and flow and discretionary project sales through electrical distributors in a $40M territory. Joseph created a ‘Presentation Excellence’ program which was delivered to over 200 sales professionals. In 2022, they became Director of Regional Sales at Avi-on Labs, Inc. and an Independent Consultant. Joseph is currently seeking full-time employment opportunities in the Northeast and Southwestern US.

Joseph McGrath received their Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 1985. Joseph then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 1992.
