Kiana Mae Encila

Kiana Mae Encila, RPm, is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter at BD since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as an HR Compliance Specialist at CSS Corp from July 2019 to August 2022 and as a Human Resources Analyst at Accenture from April 2017 to July 2019. Kiana began a career in the field as an Industrial and Organizational Setting Intern at ABS-CBN Corporation in mid-2015. Kiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from PUP Manila, completed in 2016, and graduated from the College of the Our Lady of Mercy Foundation of Pulilan, Inc. at the high school level.
