Anthony Fortescue currently serves as Test Lead at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) since July 2024 and concurrently works with AVIAN as a College of T&E Instructor and Course Developer, teaching various aspects of test planning and design. With a robust background in the U.S. Navy from 1992 to 2017, Anthony held multiple pivotal roles, including Program Manager for F/A-18 and EA-18G training systems, Chief Flight Instructor at the World’s Premier Test Pilot School, and Pacific Fleet Tactical Air Warfare Requirements Officer. Anthony's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
