Keith Carter

Keith Carter is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Senior Systems Engineer at AVIAN since July 2018. Previously, Carter operated as a System Engineering Consultant at KBCarter after a distinguished 38-year career with the Department of the Navy. Additional roles include serving as a Subject Matter Expert at ManTech, where responsibilities involved Integrated Warfare Capability processes, and as the Chief SoS Engineer with the NAVAIR Integrated Warfare Capability Enterprise Team. Carter also held key positions at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), including Chief Engineer for Air Warfare and PMA-268, focusing on system integration and development for Tactical Aircraft Programs. Carter earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
