Ekaterina Ermolaeva

Ekaterina Ermolaeva has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Ekaterina currently works as a Recruiter at WayAway since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Recruitment at Aviasales starting from August 2020. Ekaterina also worked at New HR as a Headhunter from March 2017 to August 2020, where they helped agencies, brands, and companies define talent strategies and identify the right people.

Before New HR, they served as the Head of Recruitment Group at PRUFFI from November 2012 to January 2017. Ekaterina also worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at GE Human Resources from May 2012 to October 2012 and as a Recruiter (project) at VTB insurance from March 2012 to April 2012.

Ekaterina started their career as an HR professional at OOO "Samoe vazhnoe" from November 2010 to March 2012 and prior to that, they served as an HR assistant at OOO "Vtoraya mama" from October 2008 to October 2010.
