Steve Forrer

Steve Forrer has over 35 years of investment and development experience. Steve served as the Chief Investment Officer at Aviation Facilities Company, Inc. (AFCO) since July 2011. In this role, they were responsible for business development, portfolio management, and financing activities. Prior to that, Steve had a successful career in the banking industry, specifically in construction loan origination and asset management at Citicorp Real Estate. Steve also worked as an executive/project level partner at Bailey Capital Corporation, where they focused on investing in defaulted mortgage loans and providing advisory services to institutional creditors. Additionally, Steve served as an executive vice president/project level partner at Aeroterm, the largest private owner of on-airport cargo/logistics facilities in the U.S.

Steve Forrer has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Virginia Tech. Steve also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University.
