Adam Skrzypczak

Adam Skrzypczak is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Operations at Aviator since December 2015, and also holding the position of Director of Operations at The Swan, Farnborough since August 2016, Adam has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including Director of Food and Beverage at PH Hotels and multiple positions at Hyatt Regency Sochi. Adam's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management, as well as certificates in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
