Beth James

Beth James, CPIM, CTSC, currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Avibank Mfg Inc since March 2024. Previously, Beth held the position of Director of Materials at Meggitt from August 2021 to April 2023, focusing on planning, SIOP, inventory, and shipping while enhancing organizational culture and developing leaders. A significant part of Beth's career was spent at AeroVironment from April 2007 to July 2021, where responsibilities included designing SIOP initiatives and managing sales operations. Additional experience encompasses various planning roles at ITT Electronic Systems, Advanced Bionics, and Sunrise Medical. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University, completing studies in May 2022, and attended The Boston Conservatory from 1992 to 1994.
