Gabi Montesdeoca

Gabi manages and coordinates the acquisition and successful integration of Avicado’s most valuable asset: their people! From the interview process to onboarding new hires and supporting all things HR-related, Gabi’s role as Talent and Acquisition Coordinator makes her an invaluable addition to the Avicado team.

Before joining Avicado, Gabi worked at Coach for 10 years. Working her way up from a sales associate to the assistant store manager, Gabi credits her time at Coach with gaining the exemplary people management skills and passion that finally brought her to Avicado.

Gabi earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is currently based in Orlando. When she’s not working, Gabi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. On her off days, you can find her with her daughter at Disney World, chasing Disney characters and riding their favorite rides.
