Richard Amos has extensive legal and corporate governance experience, currently serving as Group General Counsel at AVID Property Group since June 2020. Previous roles include General Counsel and Company Secretary (Interim) at Michael Hill, Chief General Counsel & Company Secretary / EGM Corporate Affairs at MYER, and various positions at Lion spanning nearly a decade, where responsibilities included corporate development and risk management. Richard's career began at Baker McKenzie with multiple roles, including Senior Associate, and included positions in corporate counsel at Vodafone. Richard holds multiple degrees, including an LLB from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College London, among others.
