Loretta (Lori) Rumage-Cain PMP has over 20 years of experience in Government Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Project Management, and Training. Loretta (Lori) began their career in 2000 with CIBER Inc./Century Computer Consultants as a Business Analyst, followed by a role as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Sogeti USA, LLC in 2004. From 2008 to 2010, they held a Business Analyst role at RCM Technologies and a Business Analyst role at Auctor Corporation. In 2015, they were a QA/QC Lead at Rose International, and in 2018 they were a Senior Consultant/Subject Matter Expert/Project Manager at MAXIMUS. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Government Business Consultant at First Data Corporation, and currently holds the same role at Avid Systems LLC.

Loretta (Lori) Rumage-Cain PMP has a comprehensive educational background. Loretta (Lori) obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting, Computer Information Systems, and Management from Columbia College in 1991-1995. Loretta (Lori) then further pursued their education at University of Phoenix, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2005-2007. In 2009-2010, they completed their Master of Project Management (MPM) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, with a certification in Information Technology and Project Management. In 1991, they also attended Leadership Olathe. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in February 2021, and PMP from PMI - Project Management Institute in March 2018.
