Megan Fletcher

Megan Fletcher currently serves as Chief of Staff at Avid, following a successful tenure at Marigold where roles included SVP of Product & Customer Marketing and Vice President of Employee Experience, among others. With extensive experience in internal communications, Megan has developed and executed strategies at CM Group and HCA Healthcare, focusing on employee engagement and organizational growth. An educator by training, Megan began a career in teaching before transitioning to roles in corporate settings and higher education that emphasized leadership development and cross-cultural communication. Megan holds a Master's Degree in Education from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Social Studies Education from Miami University, complemented by a Russian Language Certificate from the University of Nizhny Novgorod.
