Heidi Holgate

Heidi Holgate is an Outdoor Instructor at Avid4 Adventure since June 2022, with previous experience as a Head Start MSW Intern at Community Action of Washington County from August 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Registered Behavior Technician at ABLE Kids Services, where programming for young clients was implemented, and Peer Tutor at the Kelly Autism Program. In leadership positions within Delta Zeta Sorority, Heidi served as Vice President of Philanthropy, managing fundraising efforts, and as Academic Chairwoman, supporting members' academic success. Additional experience includes an internship with the Disciples Peace Fellowship and working as a Youth Development Counselor at the Center for Courageous Kids. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Western Kentucky University, complemented by studies at Harlaxton College.
