Ross Purdy

Ross Purdy, a seasoned professional with a background in education and organizational development, currently serves as an Outdoor Instructor and Dean of Students at The Fay School. Prior to their current role, Ross held various positions including Director of Admissions and Dean of Students at Holy Spirit Episcopal School. With a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Baylor University, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role in supporting student and team member development, and promoting high standards within the school community.
