Susan L. has extensive experience in enterprise risk management and compliance, currently serving at Avidbank in the Enterprise Risk & Compliance department since February 2023. Previously, Susan worked at Wells Fargo focusing on strategic enterprise risk management and internal audit from February 2019 to February 2023. At Visa from 2017 to 2019, Susan led the Enterprise Risk Strategy, Design, and Operations Team, significantly advancing risk awareness. In earlier roles, Susan enhanced risk governance frameworks at Silicon Valley Bank and supported the Bank's ERM framework at MUFG. Susan's career began with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, supervising national banks, and includes analytical roles at Pathway Capital Management and Pacific Corporate Group. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Real Estate & Law from California State University-Long Beach and completed the National Bank Commissioning Curriculum at OCC Learning Centers.
